Vital Saunas Inc., its employees and representatives are not medical professionals nor should the information on this website be considered to be medical advice. It is neither implied nor should it be inferred that infrared saunas with magnetic therapy prevent, treat or cure any disease. Consult your personal physician prior to the use of an infrared sauna or any type of magnetic therapy. If you have certain health conditions, consult with your physician for clearance before purchasing a Vital Sauna. Information and statements provided on this website about our saunas have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The author will not be held responsible for anyone using this information to treat themselves or others.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
We are so confident in the craftsmanship and quality of our saunas that we offer a limited Lifetime Warranty to its original purchaser for the following:
- Cabinet Lifetime Warranty
- Heaters Lifetime Warranty
- Controls Lifetime Warranty
The Radio / CD Player System carries its own manufacturer warranty of 1 year from original date of purchase.
In the event that your sauna is not working properly, please refer to your Instruction Manual for troubleshooting first. If unresolved, call our Technical Support at (800) 749-0297 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for tech support or parts replacements. If it is determined that a part needs to be replaced, we will ship to you the replacement part(s) under warranty.
The warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the sauna. The warranty is not transferable between parties and any duties and obligations associated with this warranty shall be null and void and of no further force and effect. Must provide original proof of purchase.
This warranty is void if the sauna has been altered, misused, abused, exposed to water or certain weather conditions. This includes operation or maintenance of the sauna in deviation to the published instructions. The warranty extends only to the manufacturing defects and does not cover the damages resulting from mishandling of the product by the purchaser.
Vital Saunas Inc., its employees, representatives and/or associates shall not be liable for the loss of use of the sauna or other incidental or consequential damages by the customer. Under no circumstances shall Vital Saunas Inc. or any of its employees and representatives be held liable for injury to any persons or damages to any properties.
Cancellation and Return policy
Buyer may cancel and return the Goods to Vital Saunas subject to the terms and conditions of this Policy. Buyer must provide a written notice to Vital Saunas within thirty (30) days of Buyer’s receipt of the Goods that Buyer does not accept the Goods. Buyer must then obtain from Vital Saunas a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Buyer’s failure to obtain an RMA number shall result in Vital Saunas not accepting any shipment and Buyer paying all “costs and fees” as defined below. Buyer understands, acknowledges and agrees that any refund of any deposit or payment to Vital Saunas is subject to the terms and conditions of this Policy.
In the event the Buyer elects to cancel an order and return the Goods pursuant to this Policy, Buyer shall assume all risk of loss associated with the return as well shipping, handling, restocking and other fees, costs and expenses as described in this Policy. All returned Goods must be UNOPENED and in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Vital Saunas reserves the right to refuse to refund any deposit or payment or cancel any payment due and owing until such time as Vital Saunas is in 1) receipt of the Goods and 2) has inspected the Goods to be in its unopened original packaging and free of damage.
Costs and Fees
All cancelled or returned Goods shall be subject to (1) storage fees and costs associated with re-routing the Goods, (2) handling and restocking fee in the amount of $250 USD for each Sauna and $15 USD for each Accessory, (3) all shipping costs to and from Vital Saunas distribution warehouse.
Buyer shall promptly inspect the Goods received for complete shipment, damage and defects. Any shipping damage or missing boxes MUST be notated on the shipper’s Bill of Lading (BOL) when signing for the Goods in order for Vital Saunas to accept the claim. Buyer must notify Vital Saunas in writing of all missing boxes, claimed damage or defects within three (3) days of Buyer’s receipt of the Goods. If Buyer fails to inspect or notify Vital Saunas, Buyer will be deemed to have accepted the Goods and to have waived any missing Goods, damage or defect, including any damage or defect covered by any warranty on the Goods. Vital Saunas reserves the right to reject any damage or defect claim that it believes is not valid, or that such damage or defect was caused by an act or omission of the Buyer. Except as provided in this Policy, no Goods shall be subject to return or cancellation after the order has been accepted by Buyer pursuant to the terms of this Policy.

Your sauna order will be shipped directly from the Vital Sauna distribution warehouse within 48 hours of receiving your order and payment authorization for in-stock Goods. Your sauna will be shipped via a US common carrier. The saunas are packaged in top quality boxes and each sauna kit consists of 2 boxes. In addition to improved packaging, your sauna will be strapped to a pallet and shrink wrapped to protect the sauna during transportation. Transit times are 1 to 5 business days (see UPS map sample below for your estimated delivery time). Vital Saunas will keep you informed via email on your order status and provide you with tracking information as soon as your sauna is shipped.
